Responsibilities:• Recruiting (US TO US) for onsite consulting assignments for US candidates like W2 (Benefited and non-benefit), Corp-to-Corp, 1099 and H1B.• Hiring for various organizations (Wipro, TCS, Sapient Nitro, Polaris, etc) on various technical and non technical positions like developer, administrators, architects, IT infrastructure, data center positions ranging from fresher to 20 years. • Study of Resource Requirement.• Prepared resourcing format for day to day activities for US office.• Downloading resume, updating formats, resume formatting etc.• Created extensive database of IT professionals through the main sources of personal contacts, Internet, job portals, advertisement, head hunting, chat etc.• Responsible for recruiting Software Professionals from various technology domains like Core Java/J2EE, Dot Net, C++/VC++, PLSQL, System Administration, DBA, QA/Testing, SAS, Program Managers, Test Managers, Technical Architects (.Net, JAVA), oracle, Business Analyst etc.• Well versed with e sourcing and e-recruiting, Techfetch, Dice, Monster.• Researching databases, LinkedIn and online jobsites using advanced and Boolean searches.• Deal with US Citizens, GC holders, H1B, EAD, TN visas for Permanent & Contract Positions.• Managing / Preparing database on Internal Google Drive• Review, screen resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and domain knowledge in relation to position requirements. • Interacting with Consultants over phone and Voice mails to brief about the project, Location, duration, benefits, salary package, organization, etc.• Sourcing the right consultants with the required skills according to the requirement and submitting them to the client.• Doing the final level of short listing of resumes and taking preliminary interviews of the candidates.• Prepared recruitment process for US.• Preparing Requirement and Submittal reports on daily and weekly basis.
