The Wellness Seekers Academy focuses on Mental Health & Holistic Wellness (MH & HW) and deals with the overall well-being of individuals and which goes way beyond just their physical and emotional wellness.Over 5 years of research and development on Holistic Wellness, the Academy initiated the Wellness Seekers Program, which curates Workshops, Programs, and Online Courses on the same lines. Our program addresses the Wellness needs of Individuals, Students, Employees, Institutions, Organisations, and at the State level to enable deal with the most common and widespread concerns of isolation, stress and anxiety. The 8 Dimensions of Wellness caters to these needs in an effective and appropriate manner and our unique Wellness Indices enable measure the state of Wellness at all the above levels.We also provide Wellness mentoring sessions for individuals, wherein our team of Wellness mentors work with them in a confidential environment to understand and address their problems across the 8 dimensions of Wellness.
