We were established on 08th July, 1991, on the occasion of the 67th Birth Anniversary of Freedom Fighter & Veteran Journalist Late Shri Navin Chandra Arya. We offer Education programmes, Organisation Development Programmes, Management & Legal Consultancy, Counselling and Publication Services through our respective Divisions. We are owned and managed by Freedom Fighter Shri Navin Chandra Arya Educational Society (Regd.), a non-profit All India Educational Society, registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860 and Section 12A of Income Tax Act, 1961 as charitable Educational Institute. We believe in "Survival by sheer Merit". All our activities are focused on Growth & Development of people, offering “Value for Money” through constant up-gradation & Development of their knowledge, skills, performance, capacities & potential. Since our inception, we have been relentlessly pursuing our Mission & Objectives and have so far brought about positive changes in the lives of more than 1, 50, 000 people through our activities. We believe that there is always a better way of doing things. Continuous improvement is a way of our life. Our Activities are guided and directed by our Advisory Board consisting of visionaries from the field of Education, legal luminaries, top Business Leaders and Bureaucrats, bringing in plethora of experience and wisdom from diverse fields. Mr. Ashok Kumar Arya is the Founder and Chairman of the Institute and the main source of our inspiration. Under his guidance & leadership, the Institute is constantly endeavouring to enhance the Quality of Life of one and all through its activities and has achieved enviable credibility and reputation over the last 25 years of our existence.
