Recruited, hired, and trained incoming customer success employees and interns. Worked diligently to support all types of veterinary software customers while exceeding departmental KPIs. Supported phones, chats, and emails 7-7 seven days a week alongside my team.

Part time position held while attending Iowa State University. As a CS intern I assisted in phone, chat, and email support while contributing to team KPIs. Additional responsibilities included but were not limited to client onboarding, cross-selling, up-selling, and system trainings.

● Position caring for, bathing, handling, and providing treatment to dogs in a boarding environment● Maintained kennel, office areas and paperwork while providing excellent customer service to incoming and outgoing dogs.● Aided in the hiring and training process of new employees● Assisted employer in hunting and obedience dog training exercises through the spring, summer, and fall seasons● Operated tools such as lawn mower, leaf blower, power washer, and four-wheeler with wagon.

Internship involving canine and equine animal therapy for at-risk and special needs youth. Responsibilities included transportation of animals and clients, meeting with new clients, organizing benefit events, managing our social media accounts, and holding therapy sessions. I will add that I trained, tested, and registered my own dog for summer therapy work.
