Construction supervision, site inspection, progress monitoring for civil works, structural works and architectural works.• Executing and maintaining the quality of works in accordance with the approved specifications, drawings, method statements and material submittals.• Issue site instructions, Non conformance report to the Contractors.• Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status. • To study in deep the project drawings.• Reviewing the daily activity reports from the contractor.• CO-ordination with client and Contractor.• Ensure the safety is adhered to at site. • To review the submitted method statements by contractor.• To monitor the independent laboratory testing at site.• To check and approve the quality of the material, quality assurance and application procedure as per method statements.• To prepare the actual progress reports for executing management.
