• Responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and ensuring quality and timely delivery of the Project.• Coordinating internally with designers, production and sales & marketing and ensure every detail is looked into and delivered.• Providing reports on development of Production phases in-house and delivery schedules on site.• Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.• Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing meter fund• Maintains office schedule by picking-up and delivering items using automobile.• Documentation, responding to phone calls and emails, ordering materials etc.• Responsible for the attendance of workers and their over time• Making sure that production staff has the latest drawings of a project and other concerned information.• Team allocation, Scheduling production and paints work. making sure that progress is according to the schedule.• Making checklist and report work progress to the management on daily basis.• Arranging additional manpower e.g carpenters, painters and helpers from outside.• Arranging vehicles for transportation of materials and stands.• Making record of material consumed in a project and making report of consumption at the end of each project.• Ordering paints and other materials like MDF, Plywood, and Carpets etc.• Assessing Risk if any and ensuring safety parameters have been adhered.
