I was responsible for undertaking residential and commercial property valuations across the South East & South London, predominantly for secured lending reporting to all of the major High Street Lenders and many Second Tier Lenders.

South London & Surrey

In my initial role I was responsible for carrying out commercial & residential valuations throughout South London, based in the Croydon office. These valuations were primarily for secured lending purposes, but also for probate and accounts purposes.In December 2013, I was given the opportunity to specialise in the Healthcare & Education sector and moved to the Crawley office to assist the Head of Healthcare Property in valuations and lease advisory work, whilst continuing to provide valuations for other residential and commercial property assets.

Lewes, East Sussex

I joined Strutt & Parker as a Graduate Surveyor and successfully passed my APC to become a Member of the RICS and a Registered Valuer in April 2011.My role at the firm involved a mixture of agency, valuations and management instructions.
