UBER PROJECTMindbridge is a services provider company which is operating a number of projects. After completing successful training from mindbridge mentors, I worked on its Uber project. First, I joined chat support program where we have to give financial as well as other services to its customers. Later our company hired me on Live Ops complains where I have to take calls of customers. We operate on a software call Bliss where we take tickets (complaints) of customers and we have to resolve complains accordingly in it SLA (Service Level Agreement). I was hired in Incidence Response Team (IRT) where we have to take actions accordingly with the offender and upon what our reporter told us about the incidence and depending on the seriousness of the issues for the customers and drivers who are currently using Uber. We have access of blocking their accounts and refunding them accordingly.COVID-19 Period (March – August 2021)As in the end of march the company hit down by the major financial crisis of COVID as the operations if Uber just stopped working. My company didn’t off board me but instead gave me schedule offs for about more than 4 months.FOODPANDA PROJECT (CURRENTLY WORKING) As such the Uber project was not running properly so my company offered me the foodpanda project. After completing the period of successful training, I was hired in the live chat support of foodpanda. There I worked a couple of months in chats then upgraded to its email support team. I then again moved to the SRT Team as the company needed good call supports agents on the live calls. After the successful time spent in SRT (Service recovery team) once again I was moved on one of the most serious LOB’s which was the refund team. In the refund team we have to refund customers and send them emails accordingly. We have to work on multiple refund tools and accounts such as Gcash, Molpay, Paypal, Paylah, Apple Pay, Cybersource, Google Pay, Debit and Credits Cards.

I was hired as Office Associate. Coolpoint is an HVAC Company and contains different product range. My major job was to manage most office affairs directed by my seniors. My majors job description was : To Manage Inquiries generated by Sales Team.Present that Inquires to Our director. Then Generate Quotations as per directions from the director, quote the best prices and E-mail back the quotations for the Client approval.Maintaining Office Record for Quotations and Inquiries.Maintaining Office Files for new Projects and coordinating with Accounts, Production , Design, HR, Admin and IT department. Maintain Drawings for production.Get Approval on Drawings with Coordination with Clients and Inform the Production Department for Approval.Visit Clients as per Director requirement for work.Generate Annual Inquiry list.Generating Contact list of Clients. Making Technical Specifications as per Product Requirement. Maintaining Office leaflets and Broachers for Client and Present a Combine set to Clients.Generate Price list as per Collaboration from Store Department. Generate Costing for the Standards Units (Products).

Australian Based Call Center

Worked in Haji Sons for 3 and a half month , the overall experience of learning was good but as such the company Office environment was not good enough also the company lack in ethical prospective also where the employees with favoritism was promoted and the others were not. Although the sale of the Company was huge but it doesn't follow any standards.

I was the cash incharge of daily sales and also the installments sales , the recovery department and the sales team was running in line with aur department also we have to give salaries to all the employees on the required time.

I was hired as a Stock controller also to check how much stock is coming inwards and how much is going outside the company also to see the sales of the company,maintaining the stock , updating it on a regular basis,then they shifted me to the cash department

I worked in this Call Center it was a American Client based Call Center ,,,,, Which Deals in Air Duct and Vent Cleaning in America ,,,, It was a Good Experience because i have to talk to directly with American Customers it build the language capabilities as well ,,,, But it was a night based job so my studies and sleeping was effecting also i was having some cost problems so i leave this company ,,,,
