Manage daily employee relations tasks, including services, administration, data management, attendance tracking, and HRMS operations, in accordance with UAE HR strategies, policies, procedures, and laws.Assist in developing, implementing, and updating departmental policies, procedure manuals, authority delegations, system user guides, and standard forms to ensure compliance with overall policies and procedures.Support the creation and execution of strategic plans, budgets, and operational plans for departments to align with management and sector goals and strategies.Review and revise employee relations policies and procedures based on the employee policy manual and labor laws to ensure accuracy and alignment.Maintain and update the employee handbook to ensure it reflects current HR policies, procedures, and UAE labor laws.Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct awareness campaigns about HR policy updates, enhancing employee understanding and ensuring compliance with HR policies and UAE labor laws.Monitor attendance systems and produce employee attendance reports to identify trends and unexcused absences, implementing corrective measures to improve productivity.Manage and update employee medical insurance, including adding new employees and dependents and removing terminated/resigned employees and dependents, ensuring information accuracy.Develop, maintain, archive, and update the employee database, including personal information and other relevant data, to ensure accuracy and availability according to HR policies.Conduct periodic reconciliation of HR-related records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and precision of information.Implement employee engagement, retention, and happiness programs to foster a culture of excellence and high engagement in line with HR strategies.Coordinate the "Employee Engagement Survey," analyze results to measure satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.
