To make sure that all brands owned by Axact had an interactive channel, I was responsible to create social media presence of dozens of brands on all prominent Social Media Sites (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest, Flickr, Answer Sites, Slideshare, Scribd, etc.). My job description included, interaction with current/potential customers utilizing social networking sites for online perception management, devising brand strategy using media metrics, using analytical tools, and to interpret this data for future directions. Other functions of my team included; social media management, blogging, article/press release submission, SEO, SEM, PPC, brand perception management, defusing or removal of negative campaigns against brands, interaction with prospective and current customers, monitoring, persona development etc.

Keeping in view my achievements in 2011, I was promoted to Senior Social Media Expert position with an authority to hire more people to implement innovative Digital Marketing plan for over 40 B2B and B2C brands. I started my career as a freelance writer and wrote hundreds of research articles on diverse topics, ranging from academic papers to keywords dense copies in compliance with search engine optimization tactics. As a writer I assured firm, concise content creation to every project assigned to me. I discontinued this profession when I had an opportunity to join Axact as a full time content writer in February 2007.
