Kuwait International Airport Terminal 2 (KIA T2)• Responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the technical aspects regarding Kuwait International Airport Terminal 2 building by effectively leading a field force of over 200 -including the civil construction groups and subcontractors- in the process,• Ensuring effective day-to-day management of the site by coordinating respective field activities and the workforce in an efficient manner concerning a variety of activities including columns, mega columns, walls, slabs, encased elements, steelworks, isolation, backfilling, etc.; also carrying out concrete repair works such as honeycombs, concrete blemishes, concrete cracks, etc.,• Monitoring the compliance with respective health and safety standards, generating a handful of reporting and documentation such as Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and nonconformity Reports (NCR) along with submitting all inspection documents to Aconex platform,• Monthly cost reports to client and progress valuation reports to subcontractors, subcontractor tender management,• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise and organizing field facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

Kuwait International Airport Terminal 4 (KIA T4)• Responsible for overseeing respective field activities and providing overall organizational supervisory regarding the Kuwait International Airport Terminal 4 building by effectively managing a field force of 20 in the process,• Carefully analyzing the technical requirements on the field before the actual work begins via exhaustive field inspections and ensuring effective day-to-day management of the site by coordinating field activities and workforce in an efficient manner,• Planning and executing a variety of field activities concerning cladding with stainless steel, kick rail, trolley bollard, protection barrier, glass and metal balustrade etc.; actively involving in material selection in coordination with purchasing by prioritizing cost effectiveness,• Generating a handful of reporting and documentation including Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and Final Payment Certificates for the employer, related method statements (MST) for civil construction as well as Inspecting request (IR) and material inspection request (MIR) reports by crafting their formats from scratch and contacting the relevant authority,• Also, responsible for closing NCRs in terminal building if necessary, overseeing the compliance with health and safety regulations periodically reporting the overall progress to senior management.

Istanbul International Airport• Providing input and necessary organizational supervisory to the civil construction groups and subcontractors by ensuring respective site security, health and safety compliance and overall effective day-to-day management,• Executing all construction activities regarding utility center building, carrying out basic infrastructure and maintenance work and overseeing a variety of processes along the way concerning columns, walls, slabs, steel works, isolation, backfilling etc. along with the tunnel formwork system,• Carrying out periodic civil construction inspections in collaboration with QA and QC business units, ensuring that all activities meet agreed specifications and timescales and regularly monitoring the progress to provide insight for senior management,• Resolving any technical queries and other problems that may crop up and optimizing processes if necessary, overall planning the work and efficiently organizing site activities in line with defined objectives along with generating detailed reporting. *** Completed mandatory military service between 11.2015 - 05.2016.

Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge (Istanbul Third Bosphorus Bridge)• Responsible for planning and overseeing a variety of technical aspects regarding the third Bosphorus Bridge (Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge) by ensuring the overall compliance with health and safety standards along the way, • Effectively carrying out lifting operations of steel stretching ropes, assembly of tensioning by coordinating transportation and assembly in a safe, timely and sustainable manner and closely monitoring the field activities in the process,• Resolving emerging problems and deficiencies by taking immediate actions, periodically ensuring that the construction area is ready for the daily work schedule and delivering technical files and documentation as required.
