• Responsible for energy saving initiatives such as water and electricity consumption for overall Transguard labor accommodation within UAE by keeping comfort standard for around 70k staffs.• Collection of data for energy conservation analyses, using jobsite observation, field inspection.• Conduct energy audits to evaluate energy use and to identify conservation and cost reduction measures. • Direct the implementation of energy management project.• Identify and recommend energy saving strategies to achieve more energy efficient operation. • Monitor and analyze energy consumption through DEWA dashboard and maintaining daily fluctuation report.• Modification of existing plumbing system to save more water consumption.• Modification of electrical appliances, with more energy efficient products to eliminate wastage.• Inspect and monitor energy system, including HVAC, or daylighting system to determine energy use or potential energy saving. • Verify energy bills and meter readings.• Promote awareness through GEMBA walk.• Responsible for achieving KPI’s and SLA as per target to be positive in scorecard.

• Responsible for a number of systems including but not limited to the following – controls/ BMS, Air-cooled & Water-cooled chillers, AHU’s, motors, pumps, pressurization units, water booster sets, general power and lighting, LV panels, SMDB.• Managing on site the facilities team and third party sub-contractors ensuring they complete tasks on time and safely to required standards.• To allocate work and completion in accordance with the monitoring system. • Providing an element of cost, program, safety and build ability advice on proposed maintenance and capital improvement works.• Adherence to all Statutory Standards and Regulations.• Responsible for daily checks on the building management systems so that they work at optimum efficiency.• Allocate and control roasters of staff and maintain records.• Order materials and, maintain records control stock.• Liaise with Events teams and resolve any matters arising.• To cover other supervisors as necessary.• Responding to maintenance requests and planned preventative maintenance activities for plant and equipment using the CAFM system.• Responsible for ensuring that all staff and subcontractors' response and rectification times are met, and repairs are undertaken diligently, with due care and without undue delay.• Directly accountable for day to day matters to the Facilities Manager Services.

• Implementing preventive maintenance across allocated site such as high-rise building, commercial & residential, malls.• Perform reactive maintenance as per defined SLA.• Liaising with third party contractors to ensure timely services are received while maintaining high quality. • Provide toolbox trainings to team and keep them updated on company’s strategies. • Maintaining the minimum inventory in stores. • Responsible for attending emergencies 24*7.
