Lime is the world’s largest micromobility company, serving more than 300 cities with over 340,000 electric vehicles. I work with Lime’s global campaigns team to ensure that our services serve local priorities like transportation decarbonization, first-last mile connections, and public safety.My responsibilities include: • Spearheading cross-functional initiatives to align Lime's operations with local government priorities, creating bespoke solutions for 100+ cities in North America, Australia, and New Zealand.• Leading the narrative development for RFP/RFQ submissions, resulting in a greater than 90% win rate and successful entries into competitive markets like New York City, Brisbane, and Greater Montréal.• Cultivating key relationships with local and central teams, leading to more effective, policy-aligned operational proposals.• Managing internal workstreams for collecting and utilizing market knowledge to secure competitive permits.

As part of Buro Happold's Cities team in New York City, I developed data-driven mobility strategies to reduce vehicle emissions while simultaneously improving the user experience. Clients included tech companies, EV manufacturers, city governments, and private developers, spread over 3 continents. Key collaborators included Bjarke Ingels Group, OMA, SOM, Diller Scofidio and Renfro, and other large architecture and design firms.Select project highlights:• Prepared the Verdugo Wash Visioning Plan, successfully applying to Caltrans for $6.5 million in grant funding, to repurpose a flood control channel into a multimodal corridor in Glendale, CA. This project was awarded the APA-California Award for Excellence.• Conducted pedestrian and vehicular traffic analysis for the High Line Moynihan Connector in New York City, with findings incorporated into the design from the concept stage through to implementation and construction.• Travel demand and staff schedule management for 500,000 vehicle/year EV manufacturing facility in the United States, resulting in 25% cost reduction in parking infrastructure requirement.• Developed micromobility, street network and transit infrastructure plans to encourage non-automobile travel in a 5 million square foot development district in Detroit, MI.

Provided GIS mapping and analysis training for 32 graduate students in Advanced Field Lab in Budgeting, Finance and Operations taught by Prof. Linda Bilmes at the Harvard Kennedy School for Government.

Prepared teaching materials and held feedback sessions for 40 students in Core Urban Planning Studio led by Prof. Toni Griffin at the Harvard Graduate School of Design.

Projects sectors included city centres, educational institutions, urban extensions, new settlements and housing projects. Key projects include the Worcester City Centre 2040 comprehensive plan and the landscape masterplan for all three campuses of Wolverhampton University.Tasks included drafting masterplans and formalizing concept drawings for clients, and organizing stakeholder consultations and client site visits to collect and analyze baseline data.
