Assistant Client Experience Manager
CurrentMain duties and responsibilities of the role:Front of House:- To provide a professional service to all Landmark clients and visitors;- To resolve day-to-day enquiries/complaints in a professional and efficient manner;- To deliver all internal post and process all post and courier requests- local andinternational;- To complete regular inspections of the Centre;- To assist the CRM with the end of month report;- To comply with the security access card process and perform regular audits to ensureall Landmark areas and client belongings are secure;- Monitor and order stock.Meeting Rooms:- To book meeting rooms for internal clients using our internal system;- To ensure meetings room standards such as set-up, equipment checking and clearingare maintained;- To pro-actively monitor and ensure all bookings are running to schedule;- To ensure pre-and post-booking processes are completed including invoicing externalclientsVirtual Office and Compliance:- To comply with Landmark’s VO Compliance policy and process;- To co-ordinate all internal centre communications and administration for a new client.IT equipment:- First point of contact for any Landmark client whose service includes: handsets, WIFI issues, hardwire services, internet ports and photocopier(s)/printers, and any other chargeable service.- To escalate any outstanding issues accordingly.Visual Standards:- To monitor the Landmark Visual Standards throughout the centre and report to the Client Relationship Manager.Finance:- Take payments using World Pay.- Raise purchase orders.Health and safety:- To comply with all Landmark health and safety practices as set out in the Health and Safety Policy.Projects:- Manage projects relating to the centres and the business as required.
