Raising Site observations and nonconformance of site works being executed in nonconformance of project specifications. Witness factory acceptance tests for power cables, Switchgears, Transformers, Pipes and fittings. Etc.

• Development and construction of KAP3 and KAP4 Projects (General Headquarters, Passport Offices, Police stations, Civil Defense, Accommodations) of Ministry of Interior. • Quality control on electrical work/progress.• Perform daily inspection based on project specification and international standard.• Develop report and maintain communication with all sub-contractors.• Report any delay to the Senior Engineer if appearing on the schedule.• Monitors the project to keep on schedule.• Overseeing the delivery of materials.• Ensure regular and timely response to contractor RFI’s to witness and verify technical inspection and materials testing as required.• Regularly attend Quality meeting and contribute to resolution of quality issues that occurred.• Closely cooperate with PMT, HSE, Contractor and other department in project implementation required.• Carry out inspection & certify all necessary inspections during various stages of site activities as per approved inspection and test plan.• Initiate NCR for any violation in implementation for non-conformance and discrepancy.

• Screen all inspection requests and perform field inspection to ensure compliance with contract documents & approved shop drawings.• Review all necessary methods of statement for special construction• Conduct regular site visits as required for the electrical quality construction works.• Review and approve all required materials & equipment on site.• Check and supervise the work progress on site & prepare all necessary reports as required by the client.• Record and maintain accurate records and information regarding inspections and installations; communicate with contractor’s engineers, architects and owners
