o Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.• Design and implement appropriate Job Descriptions for every level in the organization with a discussion with the position holder and the direct reporting manager• Referral / background check & Salary Negotiation • Administer joining formalities and smooth transition of an employee to respective Department.• Orientation & Hospital Rounds, Work–space allocation, creation of E-mail ID, LAN id’s, ID Card for the new joinees.o HR Operations• Implementation of HRIS – HR Mantra software in Kohinoor Hospital. • Issuing Offer letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation letter and others • Leave management (Deduction & Calculation of CL, SL, PL, Comp Offs p.m)• Generating various reports (Monthly MIS, HO Report, Fortnight Report, KPS, Medi-Claim)• Maintain database of all the employeeso Compensation & Benefits• Working out various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees, and executing the same. • Reviewing existing practices and to identify and implement innovative and practical solutions pertaining to reward, compensation and benefits.• Preparing salary structure and taking care of the entire salary process.• Supervising the timesheets and distribution of salary on time.• Work in line with the finance team for the monthly salary, allowance and LTA and incentives.• Compliance to statutory /legal requirements like PF, ESI, ER1, Maternity, Equal Remuneration etc.• Ensuring an up to date updates of employee's information in HR Database and employee files.• Monitoring benefits for employees like car, mobile, insurance, food allowance etc.o Training & Development • Budgeting and Preparation of Annual Training Plan.• Coordinating with the trainers, Institutes, Vendor selection.• Determining various training needs with competency mapping activitie
