Manage portfolio of $350m plus for UKI Geo. Core activities: - • Deal Pricing which involves negotiating, constructing, and pricing commercial solutions along with business teams. Worked on multiple deals ranging from $500k to $ 350mn.• Contract finalization – MSA/SOW/partner agreements.• Responsible for revenue closure and margins along with cost provisioning. • Study monthly/costs and present analytical trend to show margin trajectory and where necessary drive sustainable margin improvement initiatives.• Manage DSO for the portfolio by ensuring timely collections of receivables. • Closely work with business team on forecasting on revenue/Order booking.• Preparation of MIS featuring key financial and operational parameters. Track Target vs Forecast vs actuals with key commentary for the gaps if any.• Work with key stakeholders to chart out quarterly/annual operating plans based on guidance from Senior Leadership.• Working with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and compliance teams to remain IAS, IFRS and SOX compliant.

As part of Internal Audit team, managed and lead teams through entire life cycle of the audit – from planning, execution, reporting & tracking of sustainable actions for effective closure. Key Audits Conducted: -• Financial audits w.r.t Billing to ensure optimization, any leakages etc.• Subsidiary audits covering all 4 towers - All 4 towers H2R, S2P, O2C, R2R and Statutory compliances• Function audit and process audit – Transport Audit, Retiral benefits audit (PF process), Procurement function audit and legal function audit.• SOX/ICF testing for Fixed asset/procurement
