Set up an online Route Sheet to track work from estimate to completion, following work through our two body shops and five service centers.Renegotiated our thirteen DRP contracts. Increased efficiency in the Body Shops, raising GP% on Insurance based jobs by 2% and increased top line by 7%.Jan 2016 became Director of Fixed Ops at Poulsbo RV. Standardized the PDI process across all five dealerships, set up menu pricing for a dozen canned jobs, and signed agreements with vendors to go direct in our parts system, decreasing parts costs by 10-25% based on the vendor.In December 2016 I took the Mt Vernon dealerships service center over directly. Reformatted the department, standardized the delivery process, increased shop efficiency by 14% in the first 90 days and an additional 6% by 180 days in the department. Gross Profit increased by 6%, all while top line sales increased more than 50k per month. Took the shop from 4th of 5 to 2nd of 5. In June 2017 I turned the shop over to a new Service Manager in order to return to Director of Fixed Operations.
