I have over 25-year experience in the service industry, leading or having been a part of global, regional and local organizational initiatives, account management and client servicing, market research operations, project management, process excellence (BPI), tech-adoption and execution, sourcing and vendor selection, quality assurance and multi-country project management. I started working as freelance market research (MR) interviewer along with college. Thereafter, I had the privilege of working with Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE) - India's premier economic think-tank- for more than 3 years, where I was engaged in working on publications that had references to global, national and State-level economic and business activity, and were subscribed to by MNCs, banks, global educational institutions, Governments, embassies etc.From economic research, I moved back to the market research world - in a career spanning more than 20 years as an MR operations professional, I've had the opportunity to work with some of the most seasoned veterans in Kantar, Nielsen and Cint AB, in India and from around the world.The 20+year stint in MR has been one of tremendous learning in client servicing, account management and a number of organizational-wide initiatives at various levels - Global, Regional and National - as part of my "stretched" responsibility.
