CurrentHandling end to end HR Operation from on boarding to exit.Managing Employee Life-Cycle: New hire on boarding, Induction, documentation, background verification, attendance management , Probation and insurance.Prepare necessary reports such has Newsletters HR review reports, attrition report etc. Conduct weekly employee connections to foster communication and address concerns,Provide payroll inputs to the payroll team and maintained HR-related data and reports.Overlooking the entire exit process for departing employees.Managing the HRMS portal (Keka) efficiently.Plan and Organize various employee engagement activities periodically.Managing training needs by co ordinating with internal external facilitators.
