Reporting to: Managing Director and Chief Executive OfficerResponsibilities• Work closely with MD & CEO in developing and executing financial and strategic initiatives of the Company, its international subsidiaries, Global Sports Commerce (Holding Company) and its affiliate companies• Instrumental in maintaining effective liaison with the holding Company , induction units and the International teams• Lead execution of strategy for existing projects, proposal management, tender submission and client management• Business Development & Allied End-to-End Activities: Conduct extensive market research, scout for new business opportunities, lead expansion into new verticals and geographic markets, evaluate external strategic investments and extend necessary assistance to the senior management in handling end-to-end acquisition process covering evaluation and due diligence of the target company, financial modelling& valuation, drafting & finalizing the term sheet, monitoring investment transactions, drafting of shareholders’ agreement in coordination with legal team and final induction/merger of acquired company• Effectively manage financial activities of the Company and its affiliates covering financial modelling, forecasting financial revenue, P&L statements to senior management• Initiated turnaround efforts in preparation of exhaustive MIS reports for senior management to facilitate effective decision-making• Undertake full accountability for conducting performance analysis of the induction units of Global Sports Commerce and escalate the analysis report to the senior management, investors and other stakeholders including PE investors• Support senior management in end-to-end fund-raising process – pitch to potential investors, drafting and finalizing the term sheet along with preparing Information Memorandum, render support during due diligence and deal closure• Provide strategic support to the Chief Strategic Officer for launching of new companies
