- Raising Estimates to Clients for Approval/collecting the client POs.- Managing advance collection from the clients, by coordinating with the operations team.- Maintaining the agreements of all clients.- Streamlining the Estimate approval process for new clients/ new activities of existing clients.- Screening the Vendor Agreements / IOs and sharing them with the legal team for approval and signature.- Raising ROs (POs) to the vendors and collecting invoices for the same.- Assisting the billing team in the billing process.- Preparing the payables report ( along with TDS and Equalisation levy) and sharing them with the higher authority for approval. - Sharing the POP to the vendors post the payments.
