As a vendor consultant I manage Tier 1 vendors including Panasonic, Wahl and Spectrum Brands, over 2,000 SKUs to enhance Vendor Experience (VX) by improving the catalogue, providing ad hoc and weekly reports on important vendor KPIs and troubleshoot any purchase order or supply chain related constraints. I ensure vendor catalogue is set up correctly, ensure availability and searchability of ASINs by leveraging support from cross functional team during sales to ensure smooth vendor experience.Additionally, I assist vendors in inventory management, provide forecasts and demand proactively to make sure vendor has no issues with inventory during peak seasons. As a vendor consultant I do weekly vendor meeting on a weekly cadence to discuss about KPIs that needs attention and have ad-hoc calls to tackle emergency situations or escalations.

My current role as an Amazon vendor consultant involves managing multiple vendors, providing detailed RCA on disputes related to vendor invoice, creating ad-hoc reports for the vendor, creating SOPs for newly inducted tasks and creating report on KPIs.
