About Sage Sharp

I care deeply about increasing diversity in both in tech companies and in open source communities. I believe that improving diversity requires both cultural change within organizations and sponsorship of a diverse set of contributors.I approach all clients with empathy, while being mindful of how the status quo creates systems of privilege. Where ever possible, I seek to educate with articles, blog posts, and scientific studies when a person is unaware of the lived experiences of minorities in tech.If you’re looking for a person to have an open and insightful conversation about diversity and inclusion, consider working with Otter Tech! I currently offer Code of Conduct incident response training for community moderators and event volunteers who respond to Code of Conduct violations.https://otter.technology
