I am an intellectual-property litigator—the person you call when you're in a dispute, or are afraid you'll get into a dispute, about trademarks, copyrights, domain names, software or other technology.😬 Litigation is anxiety-producing because it operates according to its own rules and at its own pace. I help my clients avoid litigation where possible, but sometimes it's unavoidable or it's already upon you.🖥 My job is to interface between your personal and business needs and the demands of litigation. I communicate what's going on and what our options are in plain language you'll understand.🚢 And we'll work together on a strategy that'll take into account your budgetary and business realties.™️®️©️☁️💾 But trademark, copyright, internet and technology issues aren't everyday legal issues. They're fact-intensive, and my job is to tell your story to the judge, the jury and even the other side. 🏛The law is in constant flux, and another of my jobs is to keep up with it. They're also not often encountered by judges, and another of my jobs is to explain these complex legal issues so they're easily understood by busy judges.🏢🏠👤My clients are small and mid-sized business, established or start-ups, as well as individuals.👿 Some of my clients have been bullied by lawyers who throw around scary-sounding legalese and figures. Usually, their bark is worse than their bite.🤯Some other of my clients need to act quickly to protect their business, or are in disputes with people who just can't seem to be reasonable.🤾🏽‍♀️Some other of my clients are small businesses and entrepreneurs staring down Goliath. We'll make our shots count.🧹And of my clients are just in a mess for no real fault of their own. It's been cited by at least one published decision.‣ I co-founded Aaron & Sanders with Tara Aaron in 2011.
