As a Class Gift Co-Chair, I led the Class Gift Committee in fundraising awareness for various clubs & organizations on campus. I led weekly committee meetings, hosted events each semester, and gained campus-wide attention through email campaigns and social media content. I also assisted the Annual Giving Team during Giving Day, a day-long event to influence alumni and current students to give back to the clubs & organizations they feel the most connected to at BU. The Class Gift Committee is a group of undergraduate and graduate students who are eager to engage in philanthropy at Boston University. Our goal is to share our work with current students and show them how they can positively impact the clubs and organizations they are a part of on campus. With the ability to choose among hundreds of funds, students know they are making a positive contribution to a community that means something to them personally.At the end of the 2023-2024 academic year, I spoke on behalf of the Class Gift Committee regarding the work we've accomplished and the 2024 Class Gift of $59,172 at the Boston University Senior Breakfast, Interim President Freeman's Leadership Reception, and the Class of 2024 Commencement.
