About Sage Winkler
Hello, my name is Sage Winkler and I am a recent graduate of Boston University Questrom School of Business with a degree in Management & Organizations. In December 2024, I began working for Donor Development Strategies as the Assistant Canvass Director for GBH Public Media. I am very excited to broaden my community outreach and fundraising skills through this position.During my senior year as an undergraduate student at BU, I led my peers as one of Boston University's Class Gift Co-Chairs for the 2023-2024 academic year. As a Class Gift Co-Chair, I represented the BU Annual Giving Department as the face of the Class Gift campaign through fundraising and Class Gift events. I was responsible for planning, setting up, and hosting fundraising events where undergraduate and graduate students were encouraged to give back to the clubs and organizations on campus that mean the most to them. At the end of the academic year, I spoke at the 151st all-university Commencement where my fellow Co-Chairs and I announced the 2024 Class Gift in the record-breaking amount of $59,172 for over 200 various organizations across campus.Throughout my four years as an undergraduate student at BU, I had proudly been a collegiate member of Delta Delta Delta's Alpha chapter. During my collegiate membership, I served as the Alpha Chapter President during the 2023-2024 academic year and the Director of Risk Management & Wellness during the 2022-2023 academic year. I have also served as a member of Tri Delta's DEIAB committee since the Fall of 2021 and was appointed as the Tri Delta representative for the Panhellenic Sexual Assault Prevention committee in the Fall of 2022. I plan to continue my lifetime membership through the Tri Delta Boston Alumnae Chapter and by exploring volunteer opportunities.Ever since eighth grade, I’ve had a deep love for playing and watching volleyball. During my second and third year of undergrad, I assisted my intramural volleyball team as their team captain and tried my best to give back to the intramural volleyball program at BU. I worked as an intramural volleyball referee during my third year of undergrad, and in April 2023 I was appointed the Intramural Employee of the Month for my dedication to improving conditions of the intramural atmosphere and advocating for necessary equipment changes. If you would like to connect, please reach out to me. I'm always looking to make new and strong connections!
