The Scottish Salsa Congress, an annual event I have established 15 years ago. This event attracts over 900 dancers from around the world. For the smooth running of this event I have devised an eBooking system using web based payment and social network sites. The idea behind the eBooking is to free staff to concentrate on the event and allow personal service to customers.In this capacity I utilise all my staff to the best of their ability. I make a great use of their strengths to the full capacity, that way I know they do something they enjoy and contribute 100% for the successes of the event.I have divided the event tasks into 3 sections; each is managed by one of the event managers who report directly to me.I make use of all forms of media to promote and raise profile of event and organisation.
