In this role, I joined the Senior Leadership Team reporting to the Chief People Officer. I was responsible for managing functions of 1600+ employees, with six direct reports across six countries. I established a global standard for the People Operations department, including strategy development, company culture and employee experience. - Design and implement outstanding end-to-end people experience by bringing employees to the centre of all HR processes.- Lead and develop the People Operations team across six major locations (London, LA, Medellin, Tallinn, Vilnius and Sofia) – team of 10 managers and coordinators.- Contribute to the overall global People strategy through close collaboration with CPO, People Partners, Learning, Reward, Engagement stakeholders and Executive team.- Develop and modify people processes according to the growing needs of the business, primarily using digital solutions (Workday, Atlassian (Jira), Slack, Peakon, Arena intranet, One Trust, LinkedIn Learning). - Operationalise key People metrics across the employee lifecycle; develop People Data Dashboards delivered in Power BI and associated change/capability uplift. - Lead Project Manager for implementation of all people programs (e.g. roll-out of new technology, integration of new acquisitions, transition to new global payroll provider, redesign annual merit review process, implementation of new guidelines e.g. Remote Working).

Relocated from London to Geneva to establish the new Swiss entity. This was the first Group People & Performance Partner position at Genius and it was a truly global role. - As the first and sole HR leader in the business I was responsible for the complete employee lifecycle; establishing the operational foundations and key people practices; Implemented Human Resource Information System (HRIS) – Citation. - Participated in monthly SMT meetings to provide leadership for human resource strategic planning. - Delivered a company restructure for the commercial, marketing and design teams to support the implementation of new business strategy. - Introduced avenues for employee communication and feedback through company all-hands, quarterly employee surveys, monthly newsletter, communication & recognition boards, one-to-ones and employee focus groups. - Created a streamlined way of working for the Sales division, focusing on increasing employee satisfaction, reducing turn-over and creating a more productive work environment; Project managed the implementation and migration from SAP (ERP system) to Salesforce.

- In my role as Change Management Coordinator I supported the Change team on a $14.6m Transformation program delivering an industry leading Service Integration and Management capability (ServiceNow). This was a company-wide program reaching all of Qantas’ 28k employees based locally and internationally.- The program objective was to improve to employee experience and engagement, increasing user adoption with the new IT self-service portal, which contributed to a lift in Employee Delight Index (EDI) - 55.3 to achieving goal of 78 within 5 months. - Played a key role in the business champion community and supported changes through continued stakeholder engagement, education and briefings, providing a common understanding and reducing the impact on the business.
