I always knew that I wasn't moulded to do a monotonous desk job and yet seeking a managerial position seemed like a paradox. Working in operations gives me all the liberty and opportunity to satisfy my creative and unconventional problem solving tick and keeps me on toes(quite litterally).Facing challenges head on and making quick decisions under pressure seems like a routine days work, making it more and more interesting. Strong believer of the fact that it is neccessary to have a high performing team one has to be a good manager and to become a good manager you have to be a good human and earn your teams trust. Being an Amazonian is a way of living. It gives you all the liberty to think and implement with all your creativity and bring in end to end closure to the issue in hand. Venturesome, sports enthusiasts, family oriented are some of the other adjectives I go by.
