As a Product Manager, I am responsible for developing the IoT pillar at Ice Mobility. This responsibility ranges from working with the OEM's to launching an E-Commerce portal for T-Mobile's IoT SIM portfolio. This role requires a high level of proficiency in our ERP system which I am constantly enhancing to meet client needs and discovering new efficiencies that can be rolled out across our platform.

During my time with Reveel, a social proof app and computer software company, I ideated innovative features that are now patented and have created a base valuation for the platform. I managed all apps and services with partners to seamlessly integrate Reveel with their technology infrastructure as well as a liason between clients and our development team. I managed 40 brand ambassadors and interns, which included establishing performance and learning objectives for them. I also developed and deployed marketing initiatives in target markets, such as USC, and integrated Reveel into community organizations, including the Illinois Technology Association. Marketing Initiatives:• We worked with the Chicago Park District to allow students at their job fair to add a video component to their interview. Students were able to speak about their character and aspirations, and employers could access a library of these location-based videos.• Reveel was named the official app of USC’s 2016 Rush Week. With Reveel, fraternities were able to track which events the Rushes attended and how long they were present for. We also provided a profile on each candidate, which saved the fraternity from having to carry out tedious research. The customized data fed into a visual report for the fraternity to go over, helping them easily find the Rushes who were the best fit.

While working in Wealth Management for Bank of America / Merrill Lynch, my primary responsibility was to regularly contact clients to ensure satisfaction, create financial plans and execute to achieve desired financial strategies. I designed and oversaw direct mailer marketing campaigns; organized seminars to inform clients of the current version of their individual sales strategy; and met with clients to propose changes to current investment strategy to align with their goals.

While with Citadel, one of my main responsibilities was to issue and satisfy an average of 30 margin calls daily, as well as coordinate payment via fund repricing. I also was in charge of reconciling house-side accounts via balancing while resolving interest rate, price breaks and erroneous grades.
