Working as an Assistant Engineer in the company from 05th of Feb 2013 to present.I have achieved a lot of experiences in this working period. I got the knowledge about housing design according to client requirement, prepare a cost and estimating, project planning, cost controlling and cost estimating, handle the minor staff etc. All the domestic plumbing work and electric wiring, and dealing with main contractor and client, produce support documents to them and any work regarding setting out, re-bar, form work, bill preparation of sub contractor, taking off measurements, preparation of measurement sheets, checking of sub contractor bills for payments, rate analyzing, adding items & rate analyzing for variations & extra work, preparation of bar schedule and concrete etc.

I have achieved a lot of things in this working period. I got the knowledge about Working at Roads with Traffic controlling, HDPE Duct installation using jointing machine, back filling using soil and Corry dust, Asphalting.

Emperor Residential Tower Project, (High Rise Building) Colombo 03.I have achieved a lot of things in this working period. Now I have the self confidence to have the responsibilities as an Assistant Engineer in any work regarding re-bar, form work (Specially in system form work-Doka system) and concrete. Like wise, I got the experience how to work and deal with company staff, sub contractors, supervisors and labours also.
