Sr. Executive – Payroll & Compliance
Current• Independently handle end to end payroll & Attendance compilation of 6300+ Onroll and Offroll employees for 4 entities.• Accurate and timely preparation of monthly payroll input after reconciliation with Absenteeism Report, ensure all new joiners’ info is captured, incentives, variables, bonus, exit details are captured, any other payout or recoveries.• Bi-annual/quarterly/monthly/annual performance variables.• Ensure fortnightly reconciliation of data as per master database and data as per HRMS tool and ensure both the data points are updated accurately & completely.• Ensure all personnel files are ready as per the file checklist and publish month on month cost report as per the set format with accuracy.• Accurate and Complete Data updation of new joinees, exit employees, any change in the department, reporting manager etc. as per the current organization structure and the formats that we are following.Full and Final Settlements: -• Follow the checker process to validate F&F output and F&F tracker is updated with all exit cases and with latest status.• Validating calculation of accurate leave encashment during FNF basis updated Leave MIS & process Incentive payouts, recovery, Gratuity, or any amount required for settlement. • Make sure F&F statement is shared with the employee and acknowledgement from the employee is recorded before releasing payout.Group Medical/Health Insurance (GMC & GPA/GTL): -• Ensure correct monthly addition/deletion/modifications in Employee/ dependent details happening in the medical insurance (GMC/GMI & GPA/GTL) and details are shared with the insurer in the timely manner.Statuary Compliance: -• Handling Statutory compliances are in place every month like PF, ESIC, LWF, PT & Minimum Wages etc. for all Offroll employees and Onroll employees.Administrative and other activities: -• Coordinating with more than 20 stake holders to process the Offroll payroll, Vendor invoices and their payments on time every month.
