I have enriched post qualification experience of more 11 years.In my previous professional engagements, I have been associated with Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd., which is more than half a billion USD company. I started my career in the year 2011 at M/s MKB & Associates, a Firm of Practicing Company Secretaries, based in Kolkata. Post completion of my Management Training, I was retained by the Firm where I practised for more than 4 (four) years. While working as a Practicing CS, I made myself conversant with the Companies Act, 1956 as well as the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Listing Regulations (then Listing Agreement), SEBI SAST Regulation and SEBI PIT Regulations, etc. by doing all sorts of assignments. Thereafter, I joined Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited as a Manager in the month of February, 2017 and worked till November, 2018.
