Production Team Leader
Current• Ensuring each team members follow all the relevant SOPs and work instructions.• Adhering to GMP guidelines.• Completing all production line paperwork accurately and in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).• Complete understanding of the work order process.• Understanding of the quality process.• Successfully completing the Team Leader Training program within the specified timeframe.• Effectively motivating, training, and directing the work of team members.• Receiving and verifying issuance of components.• Visually identifying, inspecting materials, and counts parts.• Documenting all incidences of issuances received that have overages, shortages or damages to orders received.• Adeptly using Pack Manger system as per production requirements.• Maintaining and operating packaging equipment in a safe manner.• Effectively inspecting product in accordance with specified requirements.• Updating all production efficiency information as required.• Minimizing the scrap and rework.• Completing work within expected periods of time.• Handling medium to heavy materials intermittently.• Performing other work as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Senior Team Leader or Returns Supervisor.
