In my spare time I enjoy supporting the next generation of tech and business leaders in their career pursuit which has lead me to teach product management at many institutions, mentor young startup founders and aspiring product managers. These APIs are now being used to power third party financial service providers. ex: Neo Financial Credit Cards, ATBs neo bank Brightside- Built an MVP for the bank’s enterprise API management portal using Google's Apigee platform with features like security, monetization capabilities, permissions. Managed the vendor relationship with Google.- Worked closely with the Data Science team to build the POC of the Next Best Action engine that allowed the bank to use AI to communicate with its customers and increase engagement and increase repeat use of the mobile app.- Implemented a POC for identity and access management using Auth0 based on the OAuth authentication protocol.- Built an entitlements framework for the bank’s Enterprise customers. Soft launched the feature for 80% of the bank’s top 20% customers. -
