• Promoting bilateral commercial and economic relations between Turkey and Europe focusing on UK, France, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany and Israel.• Coordinating a network of 300 mid and large cap Turkish companies in the following sectors: telecoms, energy, industry, automotive, food and beverage, communications. • Supporting local government’s international relations and business development activities and facilitating their bilateral… Show more • Promoting bilateral commercial and economic relations between Turkey and Europe focusing on UK, France, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany and Israel.• Coordinating a network of 300 mid and large cap Turkish companies in the following sectors: telecoms, energy, industry, automotive, food and beverage, communications. • Supporting local government’s international relations and business development activities and facilitating their bilateral relations with multinational companies . • Coordinating government relations and liaising with the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Presidential Office. • Coordinating and organizing business delegations including private sector, local government, central government and the Presidential Office, for official visits in Turkey and Europe. • Participating in DEIK’s annual strategic planning and supporting the development of annual programmes and events. • Preparing the agendas and the contents of the events, selecting the keynote speakers.• Managing all phases of meetings, incoming and outgoing business delegations, official correspondences locally and internationally, PR activities and publications of the European Business Council.• Supporting sector groups by promoting effective business development strategies for different sectors with counterparts in foreign countries.• Initiating and executing projects with ministries, universities, trade offices of diplomatic missions, NGOs, international counterparts and municipalities.• Disseminating information by participating in the preparation of various communication tools such as articles, newsletters, country bulletins.• Managing communication with public and private institutions, NGO's, academy and foreign missions both at national and international level.
