I started Godis Grønt with the vision of creating living soils, while producing the highest quality food. Today we sell to some of the best restaurants in the world, to local families and creating food experiences for companies and organizations.

Stengården is a diversified farm 5 km north of Copenhagen. Here we have beef cattle grazing as part of the regions nature conservation, their manure is used on the 5 ha vegetable and 70 ha grain field. Half of the grains is sold for bread and half is given as feed to the farms 3000 egg laying hens. Most of the eggs, all the vegetables and fruits from the 2.5 ha fruit plantation/hen yard are sold through the farms farmshop and café. I was employed to lead the daily routines on the farm and the interns and volunteers, as well as giving farm tours.

Me and my colleague ran an innovative, organic 14 hectare vegetable farm and several, on-site food events. We sold our produce through two farm shops, selling to restaurants, an of-island box-scheme, wholesale, food co-ops and started our own local CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) on the island.

We developed, produced, sold and distributed a delicious ice tea. It was organic, made with smooth rooibos tea and had upcoming danish artists on the bottle. We have now outsourced the operations of the business.

My own school for kitesurfing. Started in the winter season 2006-2007 in Gävle, Sweden and moved to Gothenburg for the summer season 2007. I was living from it full time, but decided to close down the school after the summer season.
