Godis Grønt er en lille alsidig økologisk grønsagsproduktion ved Lejre Station. Vi dyrker mere end 60 forskellige afgrøder og afsætter til lokale familier, en efterskole og få udvalgte restauranter. I vores store drivhus, ved siden af tomater og med udsigt til Lejres smukke landskab, har vi plads til events.
Hos Godis Grønt dyrker vi nærende og smagfulde grøntsager, imens vi passer på jord og biodiversitet, og bidrager til fællesskab lokalt. Vi bruger økologiske og regenerative dyrkningsmetoder – og arbejder for kortest mulig vej fra sund jord til køkkenbord.
Godis Grønt er startet af Christina Viuff Sand og Fredrik Sahlin, der begge er uddannet på Kalø Økologisk Landbrugsskole og med rige erfaringer fra flere af landets dygtige økologiske gårde. Godis Grønt drives i dag af en håndfuld unge idealister.
