As a rising junior at Chelmsford High School, I am passionate about pursuing a career in engineering, business, or science. My diverse interests and experiences reflect my dedication to both academic excellence and extracurricular engagement.I actively participate in various school clubs, serving as a Class Representative, a member of the Student Council, LIME, and the Speech and Debate team. As the president of the South Asian Student Association (SASA), I lead initiatives to foster cultural understanding and community engagement. My leadership roles have honed my skills in communication, organization, and teamwork.In addition to my academic and leadership pursuits, I am an avid athlete, playing soccer and volleyball for my school. These sports have taught me the importance of discipline, practice, and collaboration. In my free time, I love playing cricket and have a peculiar interest in watching and critiquing movies, which allows me to explore different perspectives and enhance my analytical skills. Outside of school, I contribute to my community as a basketball referee for the Chelmsford Youth Basketball League, officiating games for children from kindergarten to 8th grade. This role has taught me the importance of leadership, fairness, and effective communication.Earlier this year, I co-founded a startup with friends, where we won first place in a pitch competition in Boston. This success led us to compete internationally in Silicon Valley, an experience that significantly broadened my entrepreneurial and innovation skills.
