Knowledge of multiple job portals like Dice, Career Builder the USA, Monster USA, Indeed, and Corp-to-Corp. Got top-notched recruiters from social sites and developer relations for our consultants Submitting profiles to Vendors and getting Client Interviews. Working with Tier 1 Vendors, Maintaining the large database. Collect the e-mail ids from various Job Portals like Dice, Monster, Bench folks, and Corp – Corp. Contacting Clients, Vendors & Recruiters on regular basis. Calling the requirements posted in Dice, Monster, Hot Jobs, Career Builder, etc. Interacting with the contact person of the company for the particular requirement to discuss open requirements. Posting resumes in Job Portals. Compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, Promotional opportunities and other related information. Sends the Hot list of my consultants to my Vendors List and calls them to check with them on the requirements they are working on. Negotiating rates & following up regularly with the vendors on the submission & interviews. Must have an understanding of various IT technologies & Job market trends.
