* Experience and Understanding on Platforms like HasOffers, Everflow, Cake, Affise, Offer18.* Seek out and build relationships with industry contacts for new business opportunities* Analyze current and past publisher recruiting efforts to help determine new recruitment strategies.* Track and report on affiliate performance* Develop the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume.* Dealing with both advertisers and publishers business.* Observing campaigns data of the publishers daily to control quality and give them some suggestions to promote their offers; Regularly checking vaild conversions with publishers per month and dealing with their invoice in time.* Making independent judgment and selection on overseas online marketing channels and recommending suitable campaigns for them based on their traffic quality and needs.* Meet and exceed all sales and revenue targets.* Communicate with affiliates around the world, help them to get the best campaigns and traffic from us.
