Our entire workflow and teams are trained to cultivate the joy of NEWJOBPHORIA® with candidates and employees throughout their engagement with SPECTRAFORCE.Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates using Internet web sites, internal databases, job postings, referrals and networking.•Sourcing candidates from job portals like Monster, LinkedIn, Career Builder, Indeed, and Google Search etc.•Using Boolean searches on traditional job boards like Career builder, LinkedIn, Monster.•Also using internal database and search engines, social networking, Google searches, etc.•Sourcing and Pre-screening resumes of candidates to evaluate their credentials whilst doing a comparative analysis with the requirements.•Conducting preliminary skills check, discussing the job positions, reference check screening the consultants over the phone.•Updating the internal Database System such as Leo force on real time basis.
