Payroll preparation, Prepare and Review all needed data for carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas: (Attendance, Leave, Absence, holidays, missions, personal permissions, Overtime sheet, Annual leave, Social insurance and Payroll tax).2. Assisting HR Manager in preparation the annual salary increase.3. Handling staff vacation with all its detailed processes (Annual, Sick, Unpaid, Military, Maternity, Study …etc.).4. Handling the Medical Insurance process for all staff and their families (Approvals, Exception memos, Addition, Cancellation, etc….). 5. Handling the Social Insurance process for all staff and Prepare forms 1, 6 and 2 (Add new hires, Delete resigned staff) and review all issues related to social insurance and labor office.6. Handling Life Insurance program (Add new hires, Delete resigned staff and handling staff claims).7. Handling the creation of bank accounts for the new hires and all staff needed with the related bank.8. Support the day-to-day work in the Human Resource department through Prepare Reports with all required data for HR Manager (Payroll sheet, Daily or weekly attendance, Resignation report, and vacation report).9. Managing the staffing procedures for new joiners and facilitates their enrollment to the company.10. Mentor and support new employees. 11. Maintain employee files; both soft and hard copy folders. 12. Preparing the contracts and renewal, probation period letters.13. Coordinate with the hiring manager the analysis and evaluation of new emerging positions confirming their consistence with the company's functional growth directions.
