I have a PG degree in Social Work and English, and have been working with different Grass-root organization in the development sector for the past 17 years. I have completed my 17 years in Social Development sector and have developed competency in dealing and managing big team and sufficient grass root level experience in working on maternal & Child Protection, child health, education, health, livelihood, WASH and child/youth related issues, SRHR, local self governance, women empowerment, gender sensitivity etc. In addition to this, sufficent experience of working on Targeted Intervention projects with different agencies and organizations. Monitoring and evaluation work with good experience of project implementations and management on Education, health, De-addiction, HIV/AIDS and NRM related issues/ cross cutting issues and PRIs. With Project Management and Documentation skills, I have been able to support organizations in meeting their goals.
