Responsibility :Execute and follow-up on development & sampling first stage to last stage & also take-care on-time shipment.Communicate with buying merchandiser & Concern person for develop product & shipment 100% quality product.Create sampling request in MIS & generate a product file style wise.Gained pattern master, sampling unite & factory on the requirements.Develop print, embroidery & washes from the suppliers.Source the right fabrics & trims very close to actual for the development.Follow up on the sampling status regularly to meet the deadline and ensure accurate sample.Prepare sample & Shipment plan based on priority and availability.Develop Lab deep on buyer requirements.Ensure 100% all type of sample passed on due time.Monthly work plan on the basis of on-time shipment.Preserve sample data and utilize it during bulk production.To communicate with suppliers, production team, buyers & others related concern department for on-time shipment.To follow-up respective orders all approvals including sample & accessories also attend PP meeting, buying meeting with yarn & fabrics status.Work with O’STIN, LISCA & KAPPA buyer team

Responsibility :Followed up the development status of each season in daily basis.Developed the product as per buyer requirement & ensured to deliver the product on time (as determined the buyer) for price/order placement/buying meeting.Making Fabrics, accessories booking in excel for sample.Worked closely with merchandiser and Technical teams to assist with any issues on sample progress.Followed up revise sample submission before order confirmation if there is any change on tech pack (design, color, spec, graphic, etc.).To follow-up respective orders all approvals including sample & accessory & also attend PP meeting, Merchandising meeting with sample and fabrics status.Work with O’STIN, LISCA & MORRISON.
