• Entry of all kinds accounting transaction Like Receive Voucher, Payment Voucher, Journal Voucher, Bank Reconciliation and also order Voucher, etc. in Tally Software “ERP-9”• Prepare & Check daily Expenditures, vouchers, requisitions & Daily transactions.• Maintain all books of accounts/necessary register etc.• To visit Bank for cash withdrawn, Cash deposit/PO/DD etc. and collection of Bank statements.• Preparing & maintaining requisition slip and bills• Maintain all documents, bill, voucher, properly and their safe preservation, filling in an orderly fashion• Maintaining cash book to keep records of day to day• Prepare account reports - daily, weekly & monthly basis• Prepare Petty cash summary and submit for reimbursement of petty cash expenses• Assist Accounts Manager in daily financial processing, including monitoring of payroll data.• Preparing Income Statements and Bank Reconciliation.
