I am working as a Manager of Logistics & Distribution Department of IFAD Multi Products Ltd. I'm responsible for nationally finished goods distribution along with exports, lead Logistics team, Distribution team, FG & Inventory team and lead different project activities to minimize the cost and maximize the products delivery and enhance productivity.I'm always provide logistics support to Procurement team to procure RM & PM for smooth SCM. And i am also generate revenue by vehicles down trip sales.Achievements:Reduce logistics & distribution cost almost 2%.Introduce return trip by own vehicles.Procurement's 75% RM & PM carrying by own return vehicles.

I worked as a Deputy Manager-Distribution Department of Akij Bakers Ltd from the beginning. My responsibilities was all finished goods distribution with maintain the JIT, lead Logistics team, Distribution team, FG & Inventory team.As a new organization's team leader, i overcomes thousands of obstacles to create new & effective teams along with smooth logistics & distribution operation for the organization. Now my subordinates lead the different different team.
