- Formulate, Implement & Manage credit control activities related to loan documentation, collateral perfection, loan disbursement, monitoring, compliance & reporting of corporate customers as per Bank’s credit.
- Align operational procedures with policies to ensure no operational loss, formulate Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for smooth services to business partners.
- Ensure collaterals are perfected & in place as per credit approval terms. Issue Disbursement Authorization Certificate (DAC) after complete review of account in line with the documentation check list.
- Ensure interest rates, limits & repayment schedules, earmarking of limits, reallocation and reinstatement of limits are correctly encoded in core banking system by the team as per approved terms & conditions.
- Ensure that checklists as per the standard operating procedures for credit control activities related to loan documentation, collateral perfection, credit documents are regularly updated & maintained.
- Facilitating the team in preparing various credit MIS reports for effective credit management.
