Join North West Armed Forces Hospital Prince Salman Administration, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia as Medical Technologist/Specialist Flow Cytometry. Here I am working on Leukemia Immunophenotyping with a comprehensive panel of more then twenty different antibodies in different combination on 5-Color Beckman Coulter FC 500 Flow Cytometer. Also performing Lymphocyte Immunophenotyping using Tetra CXP Software by CD4, CD8, CD3, CD19 and CD16+56. I am responsible to process specimens along with data analysis of LMDs "run data" finalize and make ready for final reporting, moreover also responsible to prepare flow cytometry manual according to CAP check-list 2013, System Q.C., System calibiration, Daily and Monthly maintenance.

Rejoin Aga Khan University Hospital, Karachi, Pakistan to provide training to medical technologist who are working on flow cytometry. I also involved in adjusting new test of PNH (Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria & FCXM (Flow cytometry Cross Matching) for renal transplant patients. Also worked on CDC (Complement Depended Cytotoxicity).

In the research lab of Aga khan University Hospital I join as Flow Cytometry Research Officer in Juma Research Lab. I have been given target to start work on recently installed and the resent most research flow cytometry of BD FACS Aria III. I worked & adjust that instrument compensation, Experiements, Data import, Export and all applications without any application training from the BD company. In approx 15-days I completely cover instrument software "FacsDiva" and provide application user training to three research officer who want not only analyse but also want cell sorting of Breast Cancer Tissue Cell lines to sort out Cancer producing Stem CD34 Cells.

I join King Saud University - King Khalid Hospital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in Department of Pathology - Histopathology as Laboratory specialist. I have worked over there in assisting grossing to doctors, Tissue receiving, Tissue embedding, H & E staining, Blocks & slides archiving. Also performing department Q.C. and instrument maintenance with records. I also have been worked as safety officer and involve in CAP survey.

I complete my one year medical technology from Aga khan University Hospital and get job offer from Aga Khan University Hospital in Department of Pathology - Histopathology as Laboratory Technologist. I have worked in all sub sections of histopathology including assisting grossing to doctors, Tissue receiving, Tissue embedding, H & E staining, Blocks & slides archiving. Also performing department Q.C. and instrument maintenance with records. I also have a good experience in special pathology including Immuno Histochemistry by manual & auto stainer Dako Cytomation, Immunofluorscence, moreover in Histopathology we have flow cytometer. I get training for flow cytometry on Beckman Coulter FC 500, I have good experience in Leukemia Immunophenotyping, Lymphocyte Immunophenotyping CD4/CD8 counts, Stem CD34 Cell count, MRD & Zap-70 Protein analysis.
