Give Bangladesh Foundation was established in 2018 to provide a unique pathway for the people of Bangladesh, to get involved in the development of the country through philanthropy and volunteering. We have 6 curated projects in Give Bangladesh Foundation.- Project Folon: This is a Zakat eligible project, through which, we provide assistance in the form of an agricultural card in lieu of hard cash to prevent misuse, which is used to buy seeds and fertilizers from trustworthy vendors. We have successfully implemented three seasons of the project over the last three years & are running the fourth consecutive seasons including 420 more promising farmers. - Project Pothchola is a project under Give Bangladesh Foundation which works with the children of sex-workers to help them realize their potential and integrate with mainstream society. The project works for the mental development of the children of sex-workers, with the vision of helping them grow up as healthy individual decision makers overcoming the challenges faced by their birth identity. - Project Ombu continues to explore solutions that will ensure adequate availability of drinkable water in the areas of Bangladesh where the water crisis is acute. We work with local & national experts and community members to find an effective as well as innovative solution to specific problems, whether it is a well, a piped system, a double platform tube well, a submersible pump run by solar energy, or a process of water treatment through bleaching. -Project Konna focuses on poverty-stricken regions where menstruation is considered a taboo, with the social stigma contributing to health problems of women in the community.- Project Lorai - an initiative of GBF, has begun working with the goal of improving the economic wellbeing of women from marginalized and deprived communities.- Project Kombol- the project which eventually evolved into Give Bangladesh Foundation, has been geared towards emergency disaster response.

iPAGE started its journey as an AgriTech startup focusing on giving farmers a better understanding of their soil and educating them to cultivate efficiently. With our proprietary electronic soil testing technology, we offered a site-specific agricultural information service to them. Soon we realized that our farmers are also in need of the sourcing information of better inputs and low-cost capital support. So we partnered with registered input vendors and local NGOs, shared information on both sides, and started connecting them with the farmers in a mutually beneficial way.

Project Kombol- the project which eventually evolved into Give Bangladesh Foundation, has been geared towards emergency disaster response. Although the project began with winter clothing drives to help impoverished Bangladeshis survive cold weather, Project Kombol expanded its emergency responses to cover both man made and natural adversity - be it flood, cyclones or the Rohingya crisis. From the inception of Give Bangladesh Foundation's journey, it emphasized upon responding to disasters in order to mitigate the pain of distressed localities and communities. These responses typically consist of three parts- urgent relief, stable support and post-disaster rehabilitation. In the process, the team has covered the following since 2013:- 8 Divisions- 64 districts- More than 25 vulnerable communities- More than 2,32,768 beneficiaries

We organized several projects on disaster management, i.e. arranging medical camps in post-flood period and relief distribution throughout marginalized areas of Bangladesh. Our key beneficiaries were deprived people who didn't have access to any kind of assistance.
